What is PRLX View?

PRLX View is an evidence-first platform for evaluating real opportunities. Instead of pitch decks, you review what exists today, how it performs, what capital is being raised, and what risks remain.

How to Evaluate an Opportunity (2-minute workflow)

1. Reality Snapshot — What exists right now (assets, operations, traction).
2. Evidence — Photos, documents, metrics, and links supporting the claims.
3. Unit Economics — Standardized economics (cost, revenue, payback assumptions).
4. Capital Ask — Amount, use of funds, structure, and terms overview.
5. Risks — Explicit operational, country, FX, and execution risks.
6. Updates — Ongoing reporting and milestone progress (when available).

What does "Express Interest" mean?

Express Interest is a non-binding indication that you may want to proceed. It is not a commitment, and it is not a transaction. It simply helps us prioritize diligence and follow-up.

What happens after I submit interest?

1. We review your submission and confirm fit (ticket size, timeline, jurisdiction).
2. We may provide a diligence packet or schedule a call.
3. If both sides want to proceed, any participation will be structured with appropriate documentation and compliance steps.

What should I prepare before requesting diligence?

Why no pitch decks?

Decks optimize for persuasion. PRLX View optimizes for decision-making. You can still get narrative context, but the primary interface is evidence, economics, structure, and risk.
